IAIN Bone Holds Development and Signing of Work Contracts for Outsourced Workers
BONE - IAIN Bone held coaching activities and signing work contracts for outsourced workers at the IAIN Bone LPPM Hall, Wednesday (22/7/2026).
This activity was attended by Commitment Making Officers (PPK) for the Procurement of Contractual Goods and Services, heads of sections and heads of sub-sections, Head of the Organizational, Personnel and Legal Function Team, Head of the Finance Function Team, Head of the Planning Function Team, as well as cleaning service and security personnel in the campus environment.
The total number of outsourced workers working at IAIN Bone is 78 people, consisting of 38 cleaning service workers, 34 security workers, five drivers, and one Wiyata Bhakti worker.
Head of the General, Academic and Student Affairs Administration Bureau (AUAK), Dr. H. Muhammad Yunus, in his speech expressed his appreciation for the work of the outsourced workers so far and emphasized the campus' commitment to continuing to pay attention to their welfare.
"Good work means we will also try our best to be able to provide the best reward. Although at this time we understand very well that the welfare of ladies and gentlemen is still far from the expectations of you ladies and gentlemen and also our hopes," he said.
He said that this increase in welfare was also related to joint efforts to organize and maintain campus conditions.
"Hopefully in the future we will continue to make these efforts, so that in the future our campus will be cleaner, better, and there will be more students interested in it. In turn, our campus income will also get better," he said.
Rector of IAIN Bone, Prof. Lukman Arake, on the same occasion emphasized that all elements on campus, from the chancellor to the outsourcing staff, are one big family who have their respective roles.
"What differentiates us are our duties and obligations. The chancellor's job is as chancellor, Pak Karo's job is as Karo. We each have duties," he said.
He conveyed plans for structuring responsibilities per building and campus area, starting from cleanliness, garden management, to efficient use of facilities such as air conditioning.
Prof. Lukman also announced a routine agenda entitled Clean Friday which will involve the entire academic community, from lecturers, education staff, to students, to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the campus environment, especially on campus two.
He said this step was in line with IAIN Bone's preparations for changing its status to UIN Sa'aduddin Watampone, including the arrangement of infrastructure such as road access to campus.
Regarding employment status, the Deputy Chancellor for General Administration, Planning and Finance as well as PPK for Procurement of Contractual Goods and Services, Dr. Hasbi Siddik, said that IAIN Bone implemented a mechanism for procuring outsourced personnel in accordance with applicable regulations.
This activity is a follow-up to the letter from the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Religion number P-0054/SJ/B.II/2/KP.00/01/2026 concerning Follow-up to Discussions on HR Arrangement in Work Units.
The letter refers to Law Number 20 of 2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus article 65 paragraph 1, which prohibits civil service development officials from appointing non-ASN employees to fill ASN positions.
Work units that still have non-ASN employees are asked to propose a review of employee needs to the Inspectorate General and report it to the Secretary General, to then use the outsourcing procurement mechanism.
